Rare high-backed chaise longue in Art Deco style by Wilhelm Knoll for Knoll, 1930s. Knoll was founded in 1865 by Wilhelm Knoll with the ambition of producing high-quality furniture. In the 1930s, the company was passed on to Wilhelm's grandson, Hans, and his wife, Florence Knoll. Over the years, the company has created many masterpieces and collaborated with some of the world's greatest designers and architects. This chaise longue has stood the test of time and shows only a few signs of use. The fabric is most likely original; we recommend reupholstering this decorative piece.
