Chandelier with crystal and chiseled bronze grapevines 9 lights on 2 rows, circa 1880. Total height, chain included: 82cm, maximum chandelier diameter: 50 cm. Estimated weight. Bronze chandelier with 9 lights placed on 2 levels, overlooking a faceted carved ball, 21 faceted curved plates and 18 transverse rows of faceted beads. Some discreet splinters to report on some bottom grapevines. The original socket covers in cardboard and very old wood have been changed by newer ones by Safety but they will be provided with the chandelier if you want to put them back in place. The Chandelier will travel in a box organized to measure for the chandelier, visible in the photos of the ad. On the upper level, 2 small domed grapevines and 5 vertical rows of faceted beads. Crystal cup with each light. Formerly lit by candlelight. A little history: it was in the nineteenth century that chandeliers showed a major change because they adapted to this new technology that is gas lighting.
