Vintage swivel office chair Supporto Series by Frederick Scott for Hille, 1970s

Office chair from the British manufacturer Hille based on a design by Frederick Scott from the 1970s. The solid aluminium shell of the seat and backrest are distinctive features of the Supporto range. The shiny, lacquered metal shell of the backrest creates a particularly striking rear view. This chair is monochrome with a black lacquered shell and black upholstery. It has a black 5-star base. The axis is finished in chrome. The chair is height adjustable. The backrest is mounted on springs with an elaborate system and can be tilted to a certain extent. The chair is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. Design: Frederick Scott, 1976.
