Charming miniature antique mirror in moulded and gilded wood dating from the late 18th or very early 19th century. Its frame, simple and elegant, retains a beautiful old gilding that has been patinated by time. The mercury glass shows lovely speckles and alterations to the backing characteristic of its age, while still maintaining good reflective quality. Its miniature size, particularly charming and uncommon, allows it to be easily integrated into a wall of antique frames and mirrors or to be placed among a collection of objects. It can be displayed vertically or horizontally. In good antique condition.
