Woven ceramic basket signed Vallauris. Large openwork ceramic basket from Vallauris, circular in shape (33 cm in diameter), made of glazed earthenware in a beautiful glossy emerald green. Its entirely openwork decoration consists of radiating twists converging towards a central spiral medallion, highlighted by relief patterns reminiscent of clusters or berries. This decorative piece, typical of Vallauris production from the 1950s to 1970s, is appealing due to the finesse of its craftsmanship and its luminous glaze. Signed Vallauris on the reverse. Height 9.5 cm. In good condition. There are a number of signs of wear around the edge with some missing glaze. Careful packaging and fast delivery.
