Mid-century modern canapé in sheepskin / shearling model 'Samspel' by Carl Malmsten, 1956

This 'Samspel' model sofa was designed by Carl Malmsten in 1956 and manufactured by AB Record Bollnäs in Sweden. The sofa has been completely reupholstered and now showcases its beautiful, famous lines in light black sheep skin / faux fur 'Sahara'. The frame and legs are made of polished birch with wonderful lines highlighting the life of the wood. The in-house upholstery workshop has made this sofa stunning with the new faux fur, giving it an exclusive and modern look.
