Counter, glass-fronted wooden workbench in dark wood, 8 drawers.

Counter, a dark wood workshop piece consisting of a rectangular top with a bevelled edge opening with two glass doors, each closing with two small patinated gold metal hooks, featuring a panelled structure decorated with Art Deco mouldings on the front and side faces, and a fourth face comprising two rows, each with four drawers fitted with a shell handle and a niche, with a combination drawer and a niche in the centre, all resting on a moulded plinth. Solid and stable, this counter is in very good overall condition and we have fully cleaned and polished it to diminish the marks of time. We note signs of use, minor accidents, and micro-scratches on the glass that contribute to its authentic patina. We do not have the combination for the central drawer. Ideal in a shop as a reception piece or for displaying jewellery or other accessories, in a bathroom for storing towels and precious items, or any other room of your choice, this counter will add a vintage touch to your decor.
