Antique English chair in mahogany, dating from the 19th century (circa 1830–1860), resting on an elegant X-shaped base with a central stretcher. A typical model of an English dining chair, with simple and balanced lines. Original traditional upholstery in animal hair, visible on the back (see photos), with a later added covering in burgundy velvet. The fabric is worn and partially torn, revealing the inner structure — ideal for restoration or a makeover project. Solid and stable structure. Seat height: 48 cm. Back height: 105 cm. Width: 55 cm.
