Kai Kristiansen teak wall unit for Feldballes Møbelfabrik

I am selling my beloved kai kristiansen wall system from the 60s, which has been with me for 13 years. Overall dimensions 345 cm wide X 175 cm high. This wall system consists of 9 shelves with dimensions 85 cm wide X 24 cm deep. 3 shelves with dimensions 85 cm wide X 18 cm deep. A desk with dimensions 85 cm wide X 32 cm deep. A conference shelf with dimensions 85 cm wide X 32 cm deep. A wall cabinet with sliding glass doors and height-adjustable shelves and 85 cm wide X 32 cm deep X 36 cm high. A base unit with sliding doors and height-adjustable shelves inside, drawer inside, dimensions 85 W X 45 D and 50 H. And 5 wall rails 175 cm long. The set is in very good condition with some light scratches and age related imperfections. Please see photos 9, 10, 11, 12 for the most visible damage. Due to the delicate nature of the wall system, this item must be collected in person or by a courier arranged by the buyer. Danish designer Kai Kristiansen (1929-2023) opened his own studio at the age of 26 in the Danish modern style, in which he preferred to work with beautifully combined materials of teak and rosewood. His modular system FM Reolsystem, which he designed in 1957 for Feldballe Møbelfabrik, became a worldwide success, as did that of Poul Cadovius.
