Folding stool called "Ployant" in brushed steel and leather signed by Amaury Watine. Its X-shaped base and leather seat with saddle stitching in cognac and tawny colour. This model was indeed designed by product and space designer Amaury Watine - a high-end creation from his contemporary furniture collections. It can be considered that this model is likely a unique piece! A graduate of the ISD (Institut Supérieur de Design), the designer is particularly known for co-founding the global design studio Ultraconfidentiel in New Delhi, focused on projects that blend interior architecture, space design, and bespoke furniture. His furniture lines are often characterised by a return to strong geometric structures and the use of noble and raw materials such as brushed metal, marble, solid wood, and thick leather. The French creator Amaury Watine is mainly known in the furniture world for his brand By Ultra (notably his famous high tables and geometric consoles) as well as for his work as creative director at Tétris. To acquire seating, major pieces, or to order bespoke furniture (exceptional tables, counters) signed by Amaury Watine, there is no public distribution circuit or traditional furniture shops in Europe. His approach resembles collection design and high-end confidential craftsmanship, with pieces produced in very limited series or developed to order through the official professional channels of his studio.
