Rare modern vintage saddle leather safari lounge chairs, 1970s

Vintage scandinavian safari lounge armchairs, 1970s. The sturdy armchairs have a solid spruce frame between which the black saddle leather seat is stretched. The leather backrest is slid over a frame. The leather straps on the back of the seat give the chairs a nice robust character. The chairs are very similar to the karin mobring diana safari chair for ikea, but have a different shape of the wooden frame. Perhaps prototypes or craftsmanship What is certain is that this model is rare, perhaps one of a kind. Designer and producer unknown to us. Good vintage condition. Light signs of wear on the wooden frame and leather according to age. Beautiful patina.
