Danish design wall console in teak, Kai Kristiansen

Rare Danish design wall unit designed in the 1960s by Kai Kristiansen for Vjildberg. Made from veneered and solid teak parts. Ideal for the entrance hall or bedroom. With a width of nearly 80 centimetres, this wall unit is a true focal point in your hall. The organic back panel is made of solid teak and features cutouts at the back for wall mounting. A wall shelf is attached to this back panel. Beneath this semi-circular wooden disc is an integrated drawer. The corners of the drawer are skillfully joined with visible dovetail joints. This Danish design piece has undergone careful renovation in our workshop, bringing out the warm tones of the teak. We have finished the wall shelf with a high-quality matte oil, and it is ready for use.
