Round solid oak table with extensions, cabinetmaker's sliding mechanism,

This elegant country table made of solid oak combines the charm of antique furniture with beautiful craftsmanship. It evokes French country furniture from the late 19th or early 20th century. Its oval top, made of planks with expressive grain, features a warm patina from use. The turned legs add a classic and authentic touch, while the marks of time highlight its character. The table is equipped with a particularly well-crafted sliding system, allowing it to accommodate its two extensions. These, made by a renowned cabinetmaker, are of very high quality and demonstrate precise and attentive work. Once extended, the table offers three possible sizes and a large convivial surface, ideal for family meals or receptions. The mechanism is also remarkable for its design and quality of execution. When fully closed, it takes up no more space than a console along a wall. The sliding system is perfect, and opening/closing the table is done with great ease. In the open position, 10 people can comfortably sit around it. Dimensions: closed 124 cm X 120 cm, 237 cm open, 2 extensions, one of 63 cm, the other of 54 cm.
