A charming chest of drawers from the Louis XIV period, made of light walnut, with its original bronze fittings and in its original condition. It has withstood more than three and a half centuries, as indicated by the visible signs of time in the photos: treated and inactive woodworm holes, traces of knocks, and a top so well-used that it has become smooth to the touch. Its patina adds to its charm, and the structure remains very solid, thanks in particular to its traditional handmade construction (dovetail joints, pegs...). Its small size makes it a very practical storage piece that can be placed anywhere, and it will bring a delightful charm of the old to the space. It is sold as is, waxed, but it is also possible, if you wish, to redo its finish as we have a professional restoration and cabinet-making workshop in Mouans-Sartoux (06).
