3 Galvanitas S16 Black chairs

Set of 3 iconic S16 model chairs, manufactured by the famous Dutch company Galvanitas in the 1960s. A great classic of Dutch industrial design, on par with the creations of Friso Kramer or Jean Prouvé. Likely edition around 2010 (Galvanitas Compass). Sleek & robust design: They feature the famous "compass" base made of folded and black lacquered steel. Seats and backs are made of black-stained Pagholz (Pagwood), a composite of wood and ultra-resistant resin, waterproof and slightly flexible for optimal seating comfort. In very good overall condition, almost like new. The structures are perfectly stable.
