Vintage Revolt chair by Friso Kramer for Ahrend De Cirkel

An award-winning icon of Dutch design — and these are the originals. Designed in 1958 by Friso Kramer and Wim Rietveld for Ahrend De Cirkel, these early Result chairs are first- and second-generation examples of one of the most recognisable Dutch furniture designs of its era. In 1959, the design was awarded the prestigious Signe d’Or. These original vintage examples feature a grey frame and show authentic signs of use, adding to their character and history. The Result chair became such an enduring success that the design was later brought back into production by HAY. These, however, are original Ahrend De Cirkel vintage examples.
