The sleek, minimalist style of this two-seater sofa or daybed will suit multiple interior designs, whether vintage or modern/contemporary. This sofa, which has a lot of personality, will undoubtedly become one of the centerpieces of your decor. It is composed of two seats and a solid and comfortable structure in teak and wood as well as brass. A large comfortable cushion entirely covered in yellow ochre velvet accompanies two backrests of the same material and appearance. A large shelf on the right side will allow you to place your objects, books, glass or table lamp. Another small integrated shelf will provide you with the same functionality. The cushions were covered with a very high-quality velvet after the fact, the original cushion is still in its original state underneath. The velvet is retractable and can be machine washed. The compass and teak legs of this daybed, finished with brass slippers, as well as the general shape of the furniture presents a design representative of what was the must in the 50s. This timeless sofa still has a very contemporary and modern look. This daybed is ideal for small rooms and home offices, but also for your living room. Everything is in very good condition. The velvet has differences in tone depending on the lighting, no stains or snags to report. It is completely disassembled, easy to transport and reassemble. Dimensions: length 201 cm, depth 85 cm, total height 81 cm cushions: large cushion 75 X 130 cm, back cushions: 70 X 40 cm. For the record: the Sergalot house, specialist in modern and designer furniture in the 50s was located in Paris, at 52 avenue du Général Leclerc, in the Alesia district (14th arr.). Families would buy furniture for a lifetime on credit. This high-quality furniture was designed to last, inspired by Scandinavian design from the 1950s and 1960s.
