A stylish and sculptural three-seater sofa 'AJ5 Mayor', originally designed in 1939 by the Danish modernist masters Arne Jacobsen and Flemming Lassen, and manufactured by the high-end design brand &Tradition. This particular piece generates significant interest as it comes from the initial production period (2012–2013) when &Tradition successfully revived this award-winning design from the archives. The sofa features a balance between clean modernist lines and regional craftsmanship. It has a deep, high back that envelops, adorned with two elegant rows of button tufting seamlessly integrated into the frame. The lower base and legs are beautifully crafted from solid smoked oak.
