Superb Georgian mahogany secretary desk from the late 18th century. This secretary desk is of superb quality with a surprising interior. It features a magnificent theater-style interior with a small staircase (our first with a staircase), a small door, two letter drawers, and 14 drawers. The drawers and door are made of maple and walnut, which is rare and of exquisite quality. The secretary desk has four large drawers. These drawers feature superb mahogany veneer work with a magnificent flame pattern. Original handles. Superb patina and in perfect condition. Depth when open: 87 cm.
