'Hotel Zeus Chair' by Ron Arad for Zeus, 1992

A rare 'Hotel Zeus' chair designed by Ron Arad in 1992 and produced by Zeus, the design collective established in 1984 by Maurizio Peregalli and partners as a minimalist and monochrome alternative to the colourful and striking designs of the time. The chair is made from a bent ash plywood seat and backrest on tubular steel supports that protrude from a conical steel base with castors. Condition: Minor scuffs as pictured. The backrest and seat have been refinished.
