Alabaster lamp

Pretty table lamp with elegant lines that diffuses a soft light through the ivory-colored alabaster. This lamp probably dates from the 60s, perhaps made in Spain where this light alabaster mainly came from. It is in very good condition, no cracks, no stains, but some minimal chips on the high edge (original or after a shock?). I tested it, it works, the electrical system is in good condition but the cable (from the switch) and the electrical plug are not original, more recent (slight difference in the white color, I think it is to lengthen the cable, very long now). In addition, the wiring (dominoes) in the foot was visible (see photo), I created a base in thin cardboard and felt, to hide this and protect the furniture on which the lamp will be placed (disc glued with a little white glue easy to remove if necessary, see photo). The socket is designed for a small screw-in bulb (e14). The lamp measures 23.5 cm in height, 12 cm in maximum diameter, the electric cord measures 2.80 m in length.
