Very beautiful large and massive alabaster/yellowish marble vase, with translucent veins, hand-carved, in the shape of a Medicis vase in the Belle Époque style, with a rim decorated with stylised leaves, as well as the bottom of the cup. Large massive base. Interior fitting allowing it to be converted into a lamp (to be electrified) or can serve as a planter/cache-pot or large vase by placing a cut bottle inside, for example. Vintage/antique, from the 1930s/40s, Italian craftsmanship. 36 cm in height, 21 cm interior (maximum at the top) and 20 cm interior height, 16 cm diameter of the base. Very good overall condition, a small discreet chip on the edge of a leaf and a few small very discreet and superficial chips on the rim. Weighs approximately 7.5 kg.
