Handmade Spanish ceramic ( Puente del Arzobispo ) plate with hand-painted pastoral scenes in green, yellow, and brown. The plate is in very good condition. Can be wall hanged or used like fruit bowl. The pottery tradition in Puente del Arzobispo emerged at the end of the 14th century and it is famous for the iconic green color, fauna and flora motifs. Master potters still traditionally source their clay directly from the banks of the Tagus River, shaping pieces by hand on the wheel before firing and glazing them. I provide tracking number.
