Glazed ceramic soup tureen, Danuta Le Hénaff

Glazed ceramic soup tureen, a unique and rare piece, crafted by Danuta Le Hénaff (1922-2013), a passionate artist with a tumultuous life. She is recognised as a reference in the arts of fire: her artisanal work features delicate decorations and patterns, and her chromatic signature, "Le Hénaff blue, " is powerfully luminous. Each piece was created in her workshop located in Larmor-Plage (Morbihan) from 1965, the year she settled in Brittany, until her death. Flawless, created in 1980, acquired the same year from the artist's workshop.
