Vase Charles Catteau - Boch Frères Keramis – crackled earthenware, decoration 983

Vase gourd shape 993 in crackled earthenware, designed by Charles Catteau for Boch Frères Keramis. Printed decoration D.983, brown and green glazes on a white background, circa 1925. The reverse bears the incised shape number 993, the round mark of the manufacture, the decoration reference D.983, and the signature "Ch. Catteau". Very good condition, with a tiny chip at the neck. Model classified as quite rare in the reference work by Marc Pairon for the Catteau Foundation.
