Vintage Granhaga Trava pendant by Carl Thore - Swedish design lamp

A striking Trava Pendant. This lamp is quite rare and proves that the Swedes also had a strong eye for design. Designed by Carl Thore for Granhaga Metallindustri in the late 60s. The lamp is built from stacked aluminium discs, hence the name Trava, which means “pile” or “tower” in Swedish.
