Louis XV style armchair in moulded and carved beech, France, first half of the 20th century. Violin-shaped backrest with carved shell, curved apron with floral motifs, cabriole legs. Upholstery in fabric with stylised floral patterns in shades of pink, blue, and grey on an ecru background, with visible upholstery nails. Fabric is clean, wood has a natural patina with minor wear, and joints are solid. A low seat similar to the TC5331 armchair, available for sale individually or as a pair for a boudoir or bedroom.
