Old gouache framed and signed

Very pretty old gouache framed and under glass. Painting on cream-colored paper. Early 20th century, probably around 1930. Signed lower right in pencil with the words “with all my affection”. The signature must be identified. Landscape scene, forest. In beautiful tones of green and blue. In very good condition, there are traces of time, mainly at the bottom of the frame (see photos). The back is clean although there are signs of wear. The original frame is in cream-colored painted wood. Height: 66 cm width: 50 cm thickness: 1.5 cm weight: 2.1kg fast and careful shipping.
