Ancient tea box in black lacquer from Japan - 19th century butterfly decoration

This old box is made of black lacquer from japan. It has a beautiful varnished black hue and is decorated with delicate rinses and small butterflies. Napoleon III style, this box dates from the end of the 19th century. It is accompanied by its pierced lid and was used to store tea or tobacco. In good general condition, I report traces of use (scratches, stains and chips). It measures 18.5 cm X 11 cm X 12.5 cm. You can hide tea or sewing kit, jewelry or card and dice games.
