Spanish hand carved Gothic Style Chair, 1st half 1900s

Rare and unique chair, the chair is handmade and comes from Spain. Marked on the back. Based on the visual features, especially the high backrest with ecclesiastical architectural elements (pointed arches, trifora-like openings) and the carved shield motif, the chair is clearly inspired by the Gothic period (roughly 12th to 16th century). Dimensions: 61 × 46 × 127.5 cm (L X W X H) 41 cm seat height.
