Ovoid vase with wide neck scalloped in matt green and smooth white glazed stoneware, smooth blue enamelled inside. Made by ernest d'hossche (art studio) in the ateliers boch frères kéramis around 1940/1950, still under the influence of art deco. In perfect condition and fully waterproof. Bfk stamp art studio specific to ernest d'hossche + " d.3034 " for decoration number + " 188 " for form number. Biography: Ernest d'hossche returned very young as an apprentice at the boch frères kéramis pottery and was quickly spotted by charles catteau. He collaborated closely with the great ceramist raymond chevalier and léon empein, he then became artistic advisor and created the workshop "studio d'art". He made many models of dishes, dishes, vases, ceramic and stoneware sculptures and especially for expo 58 with an innovative or avant-garde look.
