Restored Chesterfield Art Deco 1920 office chair in leather and walnut.

We are delighted to offer for sale this restored Chesterfield office chair from the Art Deco period of the 1920s, hand-dyed, in brown leather with a budding walnut frame. The frame is hand-carved and finished with budding walnut panels. The leather is new full-grain aniline leather from Italy, hand-dyed six times, aged, sealed, waxed, and polished. This is the only chair of its kind with this exact finish. The frame is made of slightly polished period walnut to preserve the original age and patina. Dimensions: Height: 99 cm, Width: 68 cm, Depth: 58 cm, Seat Height: 53.5 cm. Please note that all measurements are taken at the widest point. The item is in good condition, renovated, with wear consistent with age and use. The old leather shows a natural patina with cracks and creases.
