Candle holder in light carved wood

These candle holders were made from old feet of carpai, this popular ultra-simple indian bed made of four feet, a frame and a braided rope seat. These beds disemboweled by hours of napping have been dismantled in order to be repurposed as decorative objects. Each foot is surmounted by a metal cup to accommodate your candle (not supplied). Each piece is handmade, and is therefore imperfect and unique. Slight variations in shape and size from one room to another are inevitable and make all the charm of handmade.
