Superb Art Deco storage unit in veneer (circa 1920)

Superb little Art Deco side cabinet, entirely veneered in burl wood. Very beautiful, meticulous work from the 1920s-1930s. It opens with two small glass doors at the top, using an original pull handle. The glass is thick and bevelled. The right door clips shut thanks to its brass mechanism, simultaneously locking the left door. Inside, there is a lovely storage space. At the bottom, two taller doors, tastefully inlaid and crafted, just like the top, which is also in excellent condition. The pull handle is present, as is the brass mechanism that clips shut. There is a shelf inside. There are a few tiny signs of veneer repairs (notably on the baseboard at the bottom left, see photo) and signs of use, but it has been completely cleaned and is in excellent condition. Compact and practical for an entrance, bedroom, or even a bathroom, it adds a touch of aesthetics while remaining relatively understated.
