Vintage ceramic liqueur service "Fat Lava" and wrought iron

Superb vintage liquor service (mid-20th century, circa 1960-1970). This set consists of an anthropomorphic pitcher-type bottle and its 6 suspended cups/bowls, presented on their original twisted black wrought iron structure. The ceramic features remarkable thick, bubbling enamel work (the "Fat Lava" or "Sea Foam" effect), characteristic of the flagship productions of the Atelier Le Cyclope in Annecy (Charles Cart) or certain pieces from Vallauris of that era. The organic shades blend tones of honey brown, warm ochre, and intense forest green, offering a beautiful contrast with the raw metal structure. The set is in very good usable condition. The glaze has retained all its shine. The original terracotta is cleanly visible under the raw underside of the cups. A brutalist and highly decorative piece, ideal for enhancing a retro bar or a Mid-Century sideboard.
