This Victorian bonnetière in solid pine is a beautiful example of English domestic furniture from the late 19th century. Simple, well-built, and full of character, it brings a raw warmth to a contemporary interior that only old pine can provide. An ideal piece for a bedroom or an entrance in a chic country or wabi-sabi style. Materials: solid pine. Features: the bonnetière consists of a main body with one door, topped with a simple straight cornice with a moulded profile. The door panel features a softened arched frame. The interior is equipped with two fixed pine shelves, offering generous storage. At the bottom, a drawer with double turned wooden knobs elegantly completes the piece. The furniture rests on discreet flat feet. Renovation: this English bonnetière has been gently sanded to clean it without losing its patina. It has been left in raw wood. Its shelves, made of solid pine, are new. Dimensions: L88 X D58.5 X H195. Drawer: L68 X H24. Cupboard: L80 X D50 X H151.5. Spacing between the shelves from top to bottom: 46-52-49. An authentic English bonnetière that fits well in both a rustic interior and a more minimalist decor. The raw pine, original fittings, and simple silhouette make it a piece without artifice.
