Large traditional jug / Antique terracotta plunger, 35cm high

Good vintage condition for this large traditional terracotta jug/plunge, 35cm high X 20cm in diameter - Weight 2.3 kg. This 19th-century terracotta jug/plunge, called a "plunge" because in the south of France it was plunged into the well to fill it with fresh water, shows signs of age, but nothing significant.
