Brabantia side tables 1970s minimalist design

This set of two side tables from the 1970s is a beautiful example of functional Dutch design. Made by Brabantia, known for its clear formal language and thoughtful constructions. The minimalist design makes these tables surprisingly versatile, ranging from space age to mid-century and from sleek modern style to a calm, minimalist interior. The tables have a silver chrome tubular steel base, shaped in a U-profile under the top. This gives the whole set a light and open appearance while providing a solid and stable construction. The original tops are made of white formica, a material that is both timeless and practical for everyday use. In our workshop, the chrome frames have been carefully cleaned and treated with a metal wax. The formica tops have also been thoroughly cleaned. The set is in good condition and can be used immediately.
