Set of 3 nesting tables made in France, designed by Pierre Vandel. In black lacquered metal, they date from the 1970s. The golden glass tops have a beautiful magnifying effect. They are removable, which makes cleaning easier. The details are elegant, such as the golden stripes between the metal and the glass, and the golden brass tips at the feet, characteristic elements of Pierre Vandel's design. Very practical, they slide under one another, allowing for a real space-saving solution. Ideal for cocktail parties or coffee, they will be perfect as side tables or coffee tables. A practical and aesthetic vintage accent piece, for a chic and stylish decor. In very good overall condition, they are of high quality, quite heavy, and with no accidents to report. The tops are impeccable with no chips. Visible signs of wear: some usage marks on the feet. Furniture designer Pierre Vandel was born in 1946 in Roubaix, France. He is mainly known for his angular tables, which evoke the glamorous yet minimalist aesthetic of furniture and lighting in France during the 1970s. Dimensions: Largest table: Height: 33 cm.
