Rare Rego / Günter Renkel “Twen” teak side table / Mid-century modern design / 1950s / 1960s modernism

Rare side tables from Rego’s “Twen” series. Design by Günter Renkel, circa 1957, West Germany. These tables feature a light, functional, and timeless design, representing West German mid-century modernism. Made with teak veneer and an original black steel frame. Dimensions are approximately 40x40x38cm (width, depth, height). The tables are fully restored with a satin-matte finish and pleasant tactile feel. These are used items in very good condition, with only a few signs of use and minor veneer repairs (no wax fixes). Please refer to the close-up photos for details. The larger coffee table shown in the last two pictures is not included but can be purchased separately while supplies last.
