Baumann caned curved wooden armchair, 1900

Caned armchair signed Baumann in curved beech and cane seat, from the very beginning of the 20th century. The armchair is in very good condition. It is spacious and comfortable. The seat is stable and solid. The cane is in very good condition. The wooden structure has a nice patina. The armchair has been waxed and treated against wood-eating insects. It shows simple traces of use without consequence. It is a very beautiful piece, full of charm which will easily fit in a bedroom, around a dining table, behind a desk. Signed Baumann under the seat.
