A uranium vase in the Art Deco style, made by the Moser manufactory in the 1930s in Karlovy Vary, then Czechoslovakia, is an example of refined artistic craftsmanship from the interwar period. The object is made entirely of faceted crystal with a saturated shine, maintaining its original transparency and uniform, icy green—a characteristic feature of uranium glass, which also fluoresces under UV light. The vase's expressive silhouette is based on a geometrically cut base, from which long, hand-cut facets rise vertically, smoothly transitioning upwards into a dynamic, flared rim. The proportions—a slender, upward-expanding form—emphasise the modernist thinking of the era and the Art Deco fascination with symmetry and bold geometry. Condition is very good: the vase shows no visible signs of wear, damage, or clouding, retaining the original shine and clarity of the glass.
