A beautiful oil on panel by the Belgian painter Tony Reniers (1923-2013), titled "A Auderghem" on the back and dated 1983. Signed and dated lower left. Title of the work, date, dimensions, and the artist's official stamp are on the back. Very good condition. About the painter: He was born in 1923 and died in 2013. A student of Lucien Hock, he lived in Wezembeek-Oppem (near Brussels, Belgium). Listed in the Paul Piron art guide. He worked both as a graphic designer for a major Brussels bank and as a painter. Since his retirement in 1984, he devoted himself to painting and was extremely prolific.
