Sigvard Bernadotte set of 3 wall lights for IFÖ Sweden 1960s. Pair of wall sconces, model 6020, with a fine surface texture and horizontally striped design, giving the lamps a tactile depth, complemented by opal glass shades, all in white. Depth: 11 cm - Width: 6 cm - Height: 21 cm. Double wall sconce in porcelain, model 60660, with a cream porcelain base, paired with two diffusing opal glass shades. Diameter: 11 cm - Length: 29 cm. As porcelain and glass are moisture-resistant, they are ideal for the bathroom. Good vintage condition. The two models can be sold separately. These sconces were designed by Sigvard Bernadotte, former prince of Sweden and one of the most influential industrial designers in Scandinavia. Bernadotte's work is celebrated for its refined balance between functionality and beauty, and his creations are represented in museum collections worldwide. These wall sconces perfectly reflect his philosophy: an everyday object elevated by a consideration of form, proportions, and materials. With their clean lines, harmonious colour palette, and timeless silhouette, the lamps offer a distinctly modern presence while remaining true to their mid-century origins.
