Art Deco Quimper earthenware cup and saucer with geometric Celtic patterns in brown tones. Signature painted on the bottom. Pierre Fouillen (1899-1958) arrived in Quimper in 1920 and joined the HB factory as a painter, and became workshop manager in 1924. He then moved to Henriot before founding his own earthenware factory around 1945. These items are in very good condition, no cracks or chips. Cup height 5.5 cm, rim diameter 7 cm - saucer diameter 15.4 cm. Total weight 286 g.
