Solid oak curtain wardrobe, circa 1930

This important notary's piece of furniture, also known as a curtain cabinet, features a very beautiful overall finish and is in excellent vintage condition, without major defects. It is worth noting that there has been a restoration on the back of the cabinet, where a hole in the wood has been filled in at the bottom right. Dating from the 1930s, it embodies the Art Deco spirit. The lock at the bottom has been changed to allow the lower curtain to be opened and closed, while the upper curtain no longer has its lock, which is not an issue as it is not necessary. The piece of furniture is therefore perfectly functional. We have added a shelf to the lower part that was missing. Dimensions: h223 x w124 x d41 cm.
