Art Deco suspension light 1920s 1930s signed Sanover

Vase / Bowl in satin-finished moulded glass from the 1930s Art Deco period. Diameter: 35cm / Depth: 10cm Pattern: Central flower with 6 petals + stripes + fruit garlands on the edge. 3-point bronze mounting + vintage twisted cords. Old Bakelite socket. This is not modern Sanover DIY, it's *French vintage from 1930-1950* like Degue / Muller, highly sought after! Bowl depth: 10 cm. Glass: Thick, heavy, with a central flower pattern + rays + floral frieze around the edge. Mounting: 3 patinated bronze attachments + original twisted cord + canopy. Socket: Old Bakelite B22 (to be checked / re-wired for safety). Condition: Very good for its age. No cracks, no chips on the glass. Slight normal patina on the satin glass. Original cord can be kept or replaced according to taste. Works, but I recommend a new re-wiring (10€ with an electrician) as it has period wiring. Beautiful luminous effect, diffuses a soft and subdued light. Perfect above a table, in an entrance, or vintage kitchen. This is real Art Deco glass, not a modern Sanover reproduction. Heavy, high quality.
