René Lalique, rare pendant light, ceiling light model Dalhias created in 1926. It consists of a moulded pressed glass bowl, with a relief decoration of dahlias held by 4 original braided cords, connected to the conical canopy. Complete model, entirely original in excellent condition, no chips, no scratches, no missing parts and fully functional. Signed "R.Lalique" in relief inside the bowl. Model featured in the 1928 catalogue, discontinued in 1932 and not reissued after 1947. Referenced in the catalogue raisonné by Felix Marcilhac p 671, under number 2459. Dimensions: bowl diameter: 30.5 cm, bowl height: 15 cm, canopy diameter: 14.5 cm, total height: 58 cm. Weight: 4.5 kg.
