Postmodern Italian table lamp Aggregato by Enzo Mari & Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide, 1970s.

Very rare clamp table lamp from the Aggregato series by the Italian manufacturer Artemide, designed by Enzo Mari and Giancarlo Fassina in the 1970s. Particularly striking is the widely extended cantilever arm of the lamp. The design is deliberately very rudimentary. The arm consists of an aluminium profile into which a cable conduit is clipped, visible from the outside. The arm has a double ball joint on each side, which is fixed in the desired position using a lever. This makes the luminaire extremely flexible. A special detail of this version is the massive table clamp with an integrated switch. This also impresses with its rudimentary design.
