Lounge chair designed by gregorio vicente cortes and luis onsurbe for metz & co, the netherlands in 1961. This elegant modernist chair is a rare find as they are very hard to find. Only a very limited number were produced back in the 1960s. The chair remains in very good original condition with a beautiful patina to the rattan. No damages or broken rattan straws. The black lacquered steel frame shows some traces of use and age. Seating height 34cm. The chair (no metz en co furniture is marked or signed) is not marked but we take full responsibility for the authenticity of this piece.
